A fine Historical Georgian Market Town

Rose Fair   4th July  -    7th July 2012

Spend a day in the Fens and visit one of the finest flower festivals in England.

On the Saturday of Rose Fair, the whole town comes alive with a Parade of Floats at 11.00am and again at 2..00pm, organised by the Wisbech Round Table.

The magnificent church of St Peter & St Paul is the setting for breathtaking displays of traditional British Flowers brought together with exotic blooms flown in especially for the Rose Fair.

Rose Fair began more than 40 years ago when rose buds picked locally were sold in the church gardens to raise funds for the restoration of the church. There are still a few fields of roses to be seen around the town.
